The seed was planted for Jamie Rae Hats four years ago when a mother held her baby boy for the first time, but it wasn’t until January of 2005 that it started to Blossom. Jamie, now a mother of two, James 4 and Emma Rae 2, has always had a love for hats.
Both James and Emma had very little hair until age two. Unhappy with the average prints and awkward fit of most baby hats on the market, she was inspired to design a unique, traditional, and most importantly, comfortable cotton cap. Overjoyed with the response from the local boutique, friends, family and people around the community, she began to sell her creations.
Born to entrepreneurs, Jamie always knew she had a passion for business. Having so much fun creating different hats, she decided to take it a step further to share them with the world!
Her inspiration comes from her two children and husband, who has always believed in her creative talent.
Aside from the wonderful feeling of creating something special that people love, the best thing about Jamie Rae Hats is that it allows her to be home with the ones she loves!
